After all, if you choose a topic that your audiences isn’t interested in they probably aren’t going to read your content at all.
There are many factors to consider when selecting a topic that will produce desirable profits or allow you to build a large and dedicated audience for your blog. You must consider public interest, your knowledge of the topic, its longevity, and the audience’s interest in it. It’s also important to look at your competition and develop a way to deliver content that’s different, better, and more engaging.

IF you don’t have anything to post, you can share your own experience in blogging it may help new bloggers who really needs it. If you check in popular blogs like pro blogger, copy blogger etc., they don’t write current updates in the field rather they only write their own experience, this approach is very good to become an authority blogger.
5.Where’s the Finish Line
At the end of the day what do you hope to accomplish? Are we looking at a blog for the purpose of having fun, sharing information, share ideas etc. Take a minute to brain storm. In order to plan how you will start, we have to know where your finish line is.
(Hint: Most people start a blog because they want to earn extra money and there is nothing wrong with that; however that cannot be your self motivation when picking your topic because you will find yourself having a hard time accomplishing you goal.)
