Jiyo Agent Mobile App User Manual
Jiyo Agent, our native Android app, is a free call recorder application. Calls are automatically recorded and saved to the backend. Jiyo platform analyses all voice calls in a sales cycle to enhance sales- agent performance and sales conversion ratio. When a salesperson completes a call, call log and the corresponding recording is integrated to the CRM system. The software automatically generates various reports for future analysis of sales agent’s performance. Analysis of recording helps in improving the sales pitch and product based on customer feedback which leads to higher sales.
1. Call Summary for the calls.
2. All the incoming, outgoing and missed calls details can be viewed inside the app.
3. User can call the missed or disconnected calls from the app.
4. Manual Sync to the server.
1. Your Wifi should be enabled
2. You should press to sync your data to the server. If you don’t do it then your calls report shall not be updated.
User can login to the app with his/her number and password. Password shall be supplied by the manager/administrator of the company.
App shall ask some permissions from your side to access your Contacts, Audio, Call Details, Media files. Allow All these permissions. Then you will be login into the app.
2. Daily Call Summary
User can view the daily call summary and send it to the reporting manager. Please ensure that all calls are being updated in the screen by pressing all calls options.
3. Incoming Calls
This tab have all the information of Incoming Calls that you have received today. It have name, number, time and duration of incoming call.
4. Outgoing Calls
This tab have all the information of outgoing calls that you have made today. It have name, number, time and duration of outgoing call. If you would like to call someone who haven’t picked the call last time then you can identify that person here. You have the option to call that person by clicking on button.
5. Missed Calls
This tab have all the information of missed calls that you have received today. It have name, number and time of missed call. If you would like to call someone for the missed then you have the option to call that person by clicking on button
6. Connected Calls
This tab have all the information of Outgoing connected calls. It have name, number, time and duration of outgoing connected calls. If you would like to call someone again then you have the option to call that person by clicking on button.
7. Manual Sync
In Top Right a Blue sync button is available for sync the Recordings and Call Details to the server. When you press the sync button then all the information will be uploaded on the server. You should press this icons in your breaks (Tea/Lunch) and finally just before submitting your daily status update.
